He has a CM issue. This is the CM forum. Do the math.

In real life Medics and Combat Medics DO NOT poison the enemy.
This is a game, not real life.
In fact a Combat Medichas to provide medicalassistance to captured enemies.I've readmany starwars comics and books, and not one of them has a mention of CMs poisoning some people through wallswhile leaving others untouched.
I'm not saying that CMs should be NERFED, but what I am asking is arethey really a part of the Star Wars universe?
How many of those books had creature handlers, image designers, weaponsmiths, etc.? How many had doctors buffing and reviving dead people? There are plenty of things in this game that aren't in the books.
IMHO Medics are healers, they always have been. Area of Effect poisons and diseases that affect only members of a certain faction are stupid.
Hypothetically speaking (Back off Bush and Company. This is an example, not a threat. You bunch of retards) If I fire a canister ofVX into afootball stadiumall the people in the affected area are going to be poisoned (i.e killed), it doesn't matter which team they support.
The same should be true for the rifleman's strafe shot, smuggler's panic shot, warcry, spin attacks, and every other area attack in the game. But it is not possible to implement with the client-server lag. You would be hitting friendlies all the time because they weren't actually where you thought they were.
Questions, comments, criticism?

I hate the not in the books arguement.
Obviously there are weaponsmiths, architects, armorsmiths, droid engineers (Anakin), image designers and doctors. Someone has to make the stuff, someone has to heal sick people and someone has give people haircuts.
As for CH, well there were certainly mounts in the movies. The Night Sisters kept rancor as pets. So I'd say that qualifies for people being "Creature Handlers". Someone had to train those animals.

1. Don't bother spewing crap of what's in Star Wars books/movies or not...we ALL KNOW that CH isn't in any book/movie either, there's only that one guy who feedsthe thing and he DID NOT go out and tame that rancor from a baby and raise it to do tricks and attack people.
2. If you want our poisons to effect friendlies then ALL AOE attacks would have to fall under the same rule, that measn you severely nerf Carbineer/riflemen in large PvP fights or they'd be killing their own people.... I could sooner lay down a poison on one person that would do 2 times the damage as an AOE poison if I had to, but can you say the same for riflemen/carbineers who basically only use AOE attacks in PvP because those specials own? Not likely, they rely on them. But you do know if in certain situations where AOE poison can't be used you know who'll we'll be aiming for with our single poisons right? I'd be sure to stack as many poisons as humanly possible on the doc and then you'd be screwed.
3. Also...you do know that EVERYONE can shoot from the basement of bases right? You don't see me bitching on the BH board that I got shot by a BH when I was outside a base and he was in the basement.

And where are the CHlers running around with rancors and grauls and kimos? The nightsister's rancors are not theirs, 1) The rancors choose to be with them, they're not slaves to the nightsisters, 2) The nightsisters touch with the force has a lot to do with their ability to comunicate with the rancors...you going to say that all CHlers are force sensitive and that's why they can control kimos and rancors?

Who trained the banthas used to drag stuff? Who trained the bols ridden by Stormies? Who trained the faamba's used by Gungans? If you notice I didn't count Jabba's rancor because I don't consider that a pet. All I'm saying is that Ch has as much of right to exist as any other prof this lame arguement is used against (including CM).
