Waiting for a phone call from Alanis Morissette to find out if it is ironic that most of the people who cry for nerfs to the CM class will happily and readily group with a CM.
If you loathe us that much, just "ban" us from participating in "your" PvP.
Only reason I posted this here is because all the nerf callers are on the CM boards.

I AM a CM, and I want things to get balanced.
I simply care more about PvP, and the overall game, than I do about making sure my class stays uber. I have a PvP template on another char, that has Master Brawler, Master Rifle, and a little bit of TK & Fencer. It's absolutely insane. Is it balanced? Hell no. It needs that fix desperately, and is getting it. Even after the nerf, Rifleman will still likely be very powerful.
When you're forced to play a certain class to be effective in PvP, something is wrong, and a fix is needed.
Stop being so selfish, and consider the game as a whole, not just your chunk of the game.

I'll group with a CM for ranged heals and that sort of thing, however I think that Combat Medics are primarily to heal damage done in battle not to poison or disease the enemy. 600 per tick poison is unfair and unbalanced.

"CM's are like nukes. You have them just incase you need them, but as soon as you start using yours the other guys start using theirs and everything goes to hell"
Why I group with a CM.
Why I group with a CM.

No one knows what the CM is meant for. It is one of those classes that was supposed to be both an offencive and support class. Sorry to burst your bubble but they did want it to be a combat class. If you don't like it suggest that they need to change the name not the class. You take away our poisons and there is no reason at all to be a CM. Just be a doc with some scout ability and whamo you heal much more every time. Sure it isn't AE but you heal the whole 4k ham health on a guy in a single shot.

A doctor is a heal one person from a short range profession, not really something you'd want in combat unless its just you and the doctor. A Combat Medic is a medic built for combat, meaning area heals and ranged healing. Combat does not imply that you have strong fighting abilities, it just means where you excel is in combat situations.

That, actually, is simply your opinion on the profession. It isn't one shared by all CMs nor is it something the Devs have ever set forth as being the definition of the profession.

I did not imply that they should have no fighting abilities. Obviously you can not excel in combat if you die within seconds.
It seems to me that most CM's ignore the Medic part and focus on the Combat part.
Sure its my opinion, and you have your own. Fine. However the only people who aren't complaining about CM's are people who either
1) Are one
or
2) haven't been on the receiving end of one.
Of course you can say then that the only people complaining about them are combat people. Fair enough, but there are many more people who dislike the poison/disease abilities of a CM in their current state, then those who appreciate them.
I'm thinking of going CM too now. Would be nice to 3 incap someone while I've been dead for 5 minutes.

A 600 per tick mind poisen is crazy. Balance this out with mind buffs from a CM. Just like doctor buffs but for the mind and secondaries. So you can actually get that +3000 froma great doc and deffend yourself against them. They would have to last longer than those dancer buffs. Again just like the docter buffs that I've seen that last for a good two hours. This would bring them not only into the community but also away from a pure PVP style of play.
