I wish to have some CM skill but I don't want to master the full class... at least not for now 
What would be the best TREE to level... My intentions are not focused only on poison... I would actually focus on healing my squad... But I'm unsure what is the best solution here could anyone help me out?
could anyone help me out? Atm i'm a Ranger/Carbineer...

CM is not really viable as a dabble-class if you want to deal the most powerful poisons (and rightly so, in my opinion).
Do the Support Tree, it raises your CM Use skill, which gives you access to higher level medicines (and poisons).
At 0004, you have CM Use 75, which is enough to use the highest power Ranged-Stim's and Area-Stims. That will complement your medic ability nicely. Your range will be limited to whatever it says on the side of the packs, though.
If you find you heal too slow, do the speed line as well (for which you get MindHeal). That would be 0404.
If you find your range is rubbish, do the distance line, for which you get Diseases as a side-bonus). 4404.
4404 (no crafting CM), is a very, very effective healer, and has access to almost all the best poisons and diseases as well..

Ahhh! many thanx for this great info and it is really apreciated
I mostly want to focus on healing, I don't need to poison or whatever... My squad has full templates in all combat styles, they just need more healing
