I did a search for this but nothing, guess lithium is broken again...
I'm CM 2/0/0/0 atm and grinding my way up and trying to poison things. Most of the time I am getting a failed to apply message. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help with this?

The best way to fix this is to get the advanced version. It has a much higher "stick" rate.

Your best bet is find a Bio-engineer and buy ehancers even at just novice my stuff sticked
