can you craft poisons etc... what do you use for crafting XP points like a +25 med suit or what? does the quality of poisons etc.. matter any more?

No, all medical crafting is now done by Bio-engineers. On the same note, you don't need crafted materials to use poisons anymore. You can buy enhancers from the BEs to make them more potent.
