Could someone please tell me what area of trainingeffects thelevel of stim packs you can use? Right now im at first aid 4, chemistry 3, and level 1 in the other two.Any idea what you need in order to use stim c and d's?

you need pharmacolgy 4 to use em and Organic Chem 4 to make em

It's possible for the creator of a Stimpack C to experiment them to be usable by a person with Pharmacology level III instead of IV. That does mean that there is a tradeoff in the effectiveness and/or number of uses that the stimpack will have.
