Broke...Was an idea the devs had for the cu but never got it working and left the scematic in the game. Good to set on the wall in a hospital or ship but thats about it.

it does however make a great decoration, and can be used to store those usless looted stim's that are broken as well

can even give them names and what not

As stated it currently is broken and doesn't do anything. It was part of an older design for the CU that snuck it's way into live without a function (remember we had TONS of medicine to hold pre-cu). They may find a function for it later, however right now it's just decoration.
