Well Search didn't yield an answer to my question so I guess I'll ask:
How does Healing Efficiency determine the amount for which I heal? I remember reading something about Diminshing Returns...
and more specifically how much difference will I see between having 145 HE and 100 HE, because I'm thinking of changing my template to lose the 4xxx Doc.

My healing eff is 96 and with a good enhancer I bacta toss for 1750 ish.

well.. from experience i heal for about 550 unenhanced with jab... and that's at novice doc/master cm plus a 17 he shirt.... i'd recomend droping down to 2002 doc if possible.... or 1003... which i would be at but being a dedicated healer i can't live without the 10% mind regen
