Combat Medic Archive

After playing in game awhile as a bunch of different professions, and reading lots and lots and lots of message boards I believe Combat Medic is the profession for me.

However I am a complete newbie. What is the best race/starting stats?

Also, what should I start training first and in what order?

I think Zabrak is your best bet.

Don't forget the TKA's (Terras Kasi Artists) also are immune to combat medic's Poisions and Diseases. All they have to do is meditate... POW!, no more disease. AND... Don't forget that anyone in that TKA's group who watches him meditate also gets his meditation benifits... so Doctors aren't the only guys that can counter Combat Medics grenades.

I was planning on taking Novice Medic to start and also Novice Artisan and start training up surverying. After that start creating medkits?

Any other hints?
