Pretty sure the answer is no, but perhaps someone else has some insight.

yah i woudnt think so either, but i have the hardest times inflicting poison on people at times. maybe like 5+ tries to do it. and by that time my mind is already 2/3 of the way gone

no resistance exhists to poison. the counter is a doctor

Hey, i was just wondering if certin races/proffesions resist poisons better than others.
