Does this skill actually do anything? When I try to use it against an enemy at any range I see no effect whatsoever or any indication of an action taken in my combat window.

what skill mod in your "my skill mods" helps you land it more often? im currently xxx3 and am going to grind out my last box to make me 1003. i have tons of tapes with medical warfare/bio-suppersion +this or that.
I can land paralzye and electrolyte almost everytime but why not thyroid rupture?

You have the basic version of Thyroid and the Improved version of Drain. The Basic Thyroid hardly ever sticks, if you go to x/x/x/4 you get the improved one that has pretty much 100% stick rate.

on my testing the basic verion is actually broken, I hit thyroid rupture with a low lvl npc target (and no auto attack on) and it doesn't even enter me into combat, there is never any mention of it in the combat spam either
I did put in a ticket, we'll see what they say
This has been this way since the CU came out, basic Thyroid has been absoultely pointless since its conception.

I believe that is the casse. Up until recently I thought that it just had a low chance of suceeding, but it does appear to be completly broken.

However effective it is or isn't, its bio-suppression efficiency.
Suprised you all replied to him but didn't mention that.

in my experience bio-suppression efficiency only reduces the mind cost (i have no actual numbers to support this its just from my observations) and increases the duration of the debuff (i believe only one second per point)
