I would argue that most of CM skills are geared towards pvp. Or at least more useful in pvp than pve. Other than infect which isn't at all.
Pretty soon we will be completely innefective in pve because we are so good at pvp.

/disagree bigtime on that one. Healing hate is a problem but that doesn't make it more geared for PvP. Its more geared to group support.

i hate the healing hate thing. makes you almost worthless as a healer in places such as DWB

no still a good healer, just makes bacta spray useless as anything other then a take one for the team move in high content places such as the DWB or anywhere else with a high spawn ratio in a relativly small area

Ok, keep in mind that this is from my perspective(MCM/Master Rifleman).
Hemmorhage and Traumatize are only used in PvP, and completely useless in PvE. Infect as I said is useless everywhere. Maybe if you're in a stalemate with somebody, you might want to use it just to grief him.
Most PvE battles are short for me, so I can generally get three shots with my rifle in the time it takes me to throw a deuterium or neurotoxin. Maybe I'm forgetting something, but for me thats as much damage as at least 5 ticks from either of them and my fights don't last long enough to get 5 ticks. So I only use them in fights that will last longer like necrosis, krayts, etc. Definitely more useful in pvp.
Thanks to the last paralyze nerf, its only really useful for pve in a few situations now. If you've got a smuggler with you, its completely useless. It used to be great in pve, but because it was too powerful in pvp it got nerfed. Definitely more useful in pvp.
Resuscitate is more useful in pvp because its more likely that your groupmates are going to die there. I'd probably say that thyroid rupture is more useful in pvp, I only use it in pve when I'm fighting multiple targets at once.
I'm not sure about shock, but generally I guess more states are applied in pvp than in pve. Electrolyte drain is great vs melee and not as great vs ranged in both pvp and pve.
I'm not sure if you can say whether our healing is more useful in pve or pvp, I use it all the time in both. But if you're judging by the aggo, then it(the aggro) hurts us more in pve than in pvp.

The only spot we had a lot of trouble with was the area with like 7 wookies all in the same spot, we ended up having to just resign to getting incapped once each time we went throught them and dragging them into a battle with the trandoshians.

no i disagree. i cant even use single heals on my tankwithout pulling agro. healers are completly worthless for being able to heal while in battle. only after the fighting are they good.

kinda off track since this is a pvp thread but for the pve posts...
I think your second profession comes into play alot here. As a tkm you can take alot ofhate and still stay up ok. (mooost of the time) Im not saying I wouldnt be happy if they toned it down sometho!
Ineed an occasional heal from my group members but it still works out to our advantage as a group to have me healing.I heal 6-7 of them and only need the occasional heal from one of them forme.

How many things are you attacking at once? I can easily take 3 or 4 high level mobs without being overwhelmed and with just one other person helping me kill them, and I don't consider myself anything near a tank with my defenses.

Me and my PA leader took out the avatar by ourselves with 5 minutes to spare, neither of us being jedi
I found the bacta healing very useful up there, especially in between fights. You just need to be ranged and have a way to fight everything 1-3 at a time.
