its not great, id rather have the game fix this instead of workign around it, but if you go into keymap, and change the "taget self" button from cntrl + 1 to something near your main keys.... (i used the numpad as i use the direction keys mostly) then you automatically have a hotkey to target yourself. Then, rebind the key for "target previous" to the key right next to that, and voila......

if you need to heal yourself just hit (in my case)
numpad1 [targets me] F12 [enhancer] numpad2 [re-targets the opponent]

also just FYI there is also a macro for this.....
/target self
/ui action toolbarSlot11 <--- whatever slot your enhancer is in
/ui action cycleTargetPrevious <---- i forget the actual comand but im pretty sure its like that

That isn't the actual command

I've been playing with it for a while now, and I can't find the correct command. I wonder how to bring up the master command list....

/target self works for me...I dont use it though as i have to untarget my enemy. Actualy i usualy just use toss on others and use the other heals on myself...Its the stoping i dont like. And i have doc so bacta shot is almost as good. Saves money on enhancers too heh.

Also try /ui action cycleTargetGroup00 07 is the eight person in the group on your list and 01 is the leader. If i typed it wrong i got it from the old school afk doc buffing macro. You can dig it up if ya half to but /target self Alwase works for me. I made a macro to target self then press the hotkey for my toss enhanced if i realy need it but so far i think iv used it twice.

actually, the problems with the command text we are having is for the end part of the macro, returnign to your previous target so you dont have to tab back to your target after healing yourself. (this can be a hard feat if your in the wild or in an NPC city)
