Combat Medic Archive

Hello, had some questions about CA's and AA's for the Combat Medic

First off I have Melee Defense clothes, and cannot drop them to pick up more healing enhanced right now. I see that there are some CA's for sale called Bio-Suppression Effency.

What is this and how does it help, are they worth getting, also what other attachments should I be looking for both in CA and AA
