Thread: How to solo AT-ST's
1.Go to Dantooine Imperial Outpost
2. From inside the city walls target one of the two static AT-ST's outside using TAB
3. Apply poison (better if it matches your weapon damage type). Repeat when poison runs out. Might take a lot of applications (took me 10ish, not counting resists)
4. Watch out for Imperial PC's while doing this
5. In order to get kill credit and loot you have to hit it at least once with a normal weapon. When the AT-ST is about to die from poison, run outside the walls and attack normally. They hit for 1k so make sure you're buffed and your timing is right ![]()
6.Bask in the accolades ofyour colleagues. All I got was a crummy T-Shirt tho (no loot)
What's particularly amusing here is that the 'no LOS' poison bug isn't really the reason we can do this...it's that the NPC's won't attack through the walls or try to enter the city. Any class could do this by ducking out of the outpost, firing one shot, then ducking back in, I'm guessing.
No real point tho since it didn't drop anything and took too long.

If they change that, then I want to be able to make some corrosive acid of some kind =p
I'm not a Combat Medic or anything....but is the no LOS apply poison thing a bug? Or did they intend it? Some guy did it to me while I was healing in the hospital.
Oh well, cool deal for you guys if it isn't a bug. If I used it, I would run up to somebody that is on the other side of the wall, apply the poison, then run away like a little school girl.
Just my point of view tho.
It's not a bug .. however does seem a little surreal having no LoS inside buildings.. .. but the no LoS is -not- a bug .. as you need to have reletivley close range to apply poison/disease .. and it is resisted a fair amount.. this is a passive.. not a direct combat class.
