**edit**, this is serious BS, all a CM does is come back from the dead and drop Mind Poison on me and my group, no one could attack him, we all die. Um, ok. I hope this is a bug.

Yes it is a bug, yesit is BS, yes it will be fixed soon.

I haven't got a formal reply to this bug. or even any feedback.. I disease imperials using AT-ST's to kill people

I got a formal reply that it will be looked at ASAP.
And BTW the bug extends much farther then you think and it's possible to exploit it far beyond revenge-TEF, but please do not post it here, send it to SOE using /bug and the feedback form.

i must be doing something wrong because i can never poison someone who just killed me, the system gives me a message about not being able to poison this person.

If he did not shoot you once after applying poison - I'd report him for exploiting (since you can't attack him).

its 1/2 the fact that revengetef allows us to attack our killer...

the other comes because the game is bugged and AOE then effects everyone...

its basically the revenge tef buf...take it out no problem

Its a bug and we have tried to make it evident on these forums. When they will fix it who knows. I have used it twice, but only on those who griefed me in some form or another. IE...incapping repeatedly instead of DBing me.
