Thread: Wow, a viable use for Disease in PvP.

Ran into a Rebel Smuggler last night that feigned death. While he sat there I found out he wasn't really "incapped", just knocked down and non-incappable. This means they are still able to pick up poisons and diseases. Needless to say, I am carrying a full set of 9 diseases from now on.

add this to the list of bugs. you should not be able to apply something to someone who successfully feigned his death.

why not? this seems to be a perfectly legitimate use of disease, and a good counter to feign death.

well if the smuggler feigns death we cant determine if theyre really dead or not....oh wait.

Why not? Why can't I walk up and shoot a corpse to "make sure he's dead"? Even if you're acting dead, you still have to breathe and I still have access to your body, so area effect and direct application weapons should still work.
Hell, in my opinion, it should only be worth it when dealing with PvE situations and to prevent a deathblow.
