I know there is a key to use to target NPCs and creatures. Is there a key to use to target Player Characters? That would be so helpful when healing. When I type /healdamage <target>, it doesn't always heal the target. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Any ideas?

Thanks!

First, since your a novice medic, the person must be within 6m radius of you to heal. At that range you should be able to click on the person.

Otherwise, if your in a group, you can use the key combo of "ctrl + #"

Such as Ctrl 1 = targeting yourself

Ctrl 2 targets your group leader

ctrl 3 targets the next person and so on.

There is a way to tab through your group members also, but I forget that key

also, if your in a group, you can click directly on the list itself.

I.e., if you hit the alt key and free the mouse, you can just go over to the list of group members and click on the person you want to target. Very handy for when its dark, or your group is spread out.

One more for groupmates only, on the standard kemap I believe that Ctrl-Q will act like Tab does for NPCs. I do not beleive there is any key, however, for selecting non-group, non-NPC targets.
