Is 4-4-0-4 Combat Medic and Master Pike worth it? Would Master TKM be better?

I used to be 3000 doc / 4004 CM / Master Pike. In PvP you will be the first target, and you will die fast. As long as you go into the fight knowing that, you will be happy with the template.
