Duration is beyond what we can craft but the potency leaves alot to be desired. It's not completly worthless, but you would need a CM with execptional resources.Also prehaps an expiramentation point or twointo potency on the final product to get it over 120 which seems to be the base level you'll want for PvE, so your also looking for a 11-12 pt CMto make it into a good PvE pack.
I should add that duration only really matters on High end PvE like Nightsister Elders or the bigger Kryat Dragons.

Hello,
I just looted these out on lok and wanted to know if I should trash them or resell them. I figured the best place to ask would be the CM forums as I believe they are a component for your crafting.
