I'm getting this when trying to using my area stims, what gives?

Others have reported this problem before, but I personaly have not experienced it.

Try and remember the exact situation when it happened. Who were you trying to heal, where, who else was in radius, and buildings objects interfering with LOS etc......

then send in a bug report.

no one has a TEF, no one is overt, I can see the person I'm throwing the area stim at....the stim throws, no one gets healed, and I get that message.

I have seen this also. Seems to me to be a busy server situation. Simply if you are in a big battle, not in one of th major citys where the servers can handle the battle load, and you try this you get it really regularly. Everyone overt also.

Haven't been able to trigger this anywhere else.

I've experienced this issue almost everytime i go to Anchorhead. I try to heal my group and it doesn't work. It can be very frustraiting to say the least when you're fighting in PVP. This is obviously a bug. Glad to know it's not just me though.
