Hey guys, im not a noob combat medic but was wondering what sort of difference medical warfare efficiency and healing efficiency attachments made.

healing efficency increases amount you heal for.. i have a +17 mod and notice an extra 50-100 hp's healed but thats at 120/137 HE


Medical Warfare increases the chance that your 3 dots will stick(yes i'm including infect in here cause it is a med war skill)
