medical warfar eff - increases sticky rate very usefull
bio-warfare eff - increases debuff duration, again very usefull
chem?? huh
and Combat Medic Effectiveness um no way in hell that works

The chem is chemical warfare... it's another debuff... and the reason why I asked about teh combat medic effectivness is I see alot of the seas nowadays. /shrug

Combat Medic Effectiveness is the old Pre CU mod and doesn't do anything now.
Thanks Badger, sorry about any possible confusion. The sea caps I was referring to were healing efficiency, bio-supression and medical warfare.
