I have an MCM on 2 different servers and I am only capped on healing eff. I was told that the other 3 (Med, Bio, & Chem) are useless. Has anyone tested this? I have heard that it just helps stick more... can someone give me some more feedback? Thanks.


I do have a question about Combat Medic Effectiveness... does this work still?

medical warfar eff - increases sticky rate very usefull


bio-warfare eff - increases debuff duration, again very usefull



chem?? huh



and Combat Medic Effectiveness um no way in hell that works

I Have a +25 Medical Warfare Efficeincy Get a longer tick. I also have a +25 Bio Supression and the debuff lasts longer than normal. They both seem to hit more frequently than without. Definetly worth the investment.

The chem is chemical warfare... it's another debuff... and the reason why I asked about teh combat medic effectivness is I see alot of the seas nowadays. /shrug

I am capped on all three of these. My dots and debuffs seem to stick everytime and the dots tick a good 40 points harder then the noncapped MCM. Ironically, the dot enhancers make me hit at a weaker tick. While the non capped MCM hit a little harder (forget the approx. amount) with enhancers. The healing enhancers work though. I heal for 1500 a clip at MCM with the them (spray is weaker of course). With the 1st FS box of healing and the enhancers I see heals for 1580. This info came from testing all of the dots/debuffers with botha mod capped and a non-capped MCM.

Combat Medic Effectiveness is the old Pre CU mod and doesn't do anything now.

Thanks Badger, sorry about any possible confusion. The sea caps I was referring to were healing efficiency, bio-supression and medical warfare.

Those who are MCM and have +25 tapes. Can you give us hard numbers as to the amount it improved by? xx sec longer... xx damage more. Etc

All improved deuterium toss on cl 80 toon with 0 fire resist.
