I gotta disagree on it being viable. As a pure medical support its great for both pre-combat and actual combat. Your offensive firepower will be pathetic though. Most of your MIND will be dedicated to keeping people healed and the occasional debuff. If this is meant more for you as a solo template then its overkill in the medical areas.
First off you speed, accuracy, and specials will be extremely small and limited with only 1 tree of rifles. The DoTs aren't going to cut it with what you can do as a master rifleman.
Medical wise you really on need 4/0/0/4 to take on sufficient heals, efficiency,and buffs. Combat medic by itself gives you plenty of medical and solo group support although bacta infusion is really nice to have. The resists are nice actually seeing poison or disease on someone in a fight other than 1v1 duels is rare. That and Jedi dont poison people (other than brain rot). Likewise you can master doctor and pick up the 0/0/0/4 line for the debuffs. CM is cheaper in skillpoint cost but doesn't have some of the nice pre-combat ablities that doctors do that are very nice.
Try this template:
Master Rifleman,Master Combat Medic,Doctor 1/0/0/3 - Gives you pure offense from rifles, good heal ability (including a bacta infusion), and great debuff ability. Also gives you the full health and action buffs. You only get the 5% mind and 15% speed buff. This can be remedied by taking Doctor 0/0/0/4 but will mean relinquishing bacta infusion. However, it will let you buff for the full 10% mind and 25% speed. The big difference between master doctor buffs and 0/0/0/4 is really the duration. A medical droid and some bivoli will help close that gap....oh and you can heal wounds too.
