When I apply Electrolyte Drain to animals (only tried it on Dewies, nothing else), it gives the little icon, but the Dewback's movement speed does not seem to be lowered. Also, shouldn't it have the little yellow rings if it's snared, because those aren't there...

It does work, it's just a very weak snare, which is why it lasts around two minutes.

It works better for Pistoleers as they have the least movement hinderance which lets them kite easier.

Well, it's not doing that I'm pretty sure, it just seems not to work.

I'd say that was client/server lag rather than mobs burst running. Would be great if they did that though.
