if u use the icons to heal or just /bactatoss self; they work fine no lag on heals but they heal for much less. using enhancers u need to use a macro to targetself then use the enhancers on ur quickbar, why cant they just make it so the icons use the enhancer packs u have or make a macro for people using enhancers and not just normal icon that heals instantly and not taking 30 seconds sumtimes would be so much easier.
