This skill is not working at all or is basicaly worthless for 4x1x CM I have 25+ in warefare and the Neurotoxin Enhancers still i wont get a stick on nothing. If i get more bio-eff will this help out?

The basic version doesn't work, you need x2xx at least for the improved version, but I doubt that sticks much better, basically if you want DoT's its x4xx or nothing, adding Master CMand +25 MWE from SEAs and using enhancers gives you the best stick rate.

No idea if it'll be fixed.

4xx1 for basic Edrain. It's the only useful one, I heard it works anyway.

Newp it don't stack. But it's still pretty harsh on its own.

my experience grinding mcm was most of the novice skills are pretty useless. the snare works, but most of the rest is crap till you get at least the 2nd version of it, some are compeltely broken at 1st level.

The Novice Neuro toxin works, it's just rather, unreliabled. I went a full day without is ever landing and the next day it landed twice one after the other, though never again. Its not even worth throwing, it must be around a 1% of sticking or something.

Novice Neurotoxin can be used as a judicious single-pull for NPCs such as Dantooine Pickets. It's not a 100% safe method, but it sure beats a pistol/rifle pull, and makes you popular with groups since you get the xp bonus for killing social animals
