Have there been any updates on this? I remember a thread a while back with devs asking for feedback, but since then, I haven't seen anybody even mention getting XP for healings pets..

Still no XP for healing pets.

still no xp for healing damage but you get xp for pet wound healing...so if you feel like working it...you can get your friend and have them sit for while...then you disease their pet to 1 H/A and then heal it...will take awhile and cost you a bit of packs but if you're really in that need of xp you can do it...otherwise goto some of the harder planets (endor/lok/dant) and look for a group and go as a purely medic. got 40k in 2hrs just healing a group on endor a cpl days ago...so it is possible even without the huge gobs of xp you used to get off pets.

oh and im guessing the disease/healing thing with the pet is an exploit but dunno...never actually found one before so...<shrug>

Nope they took that out, kinda glad they did although i made master combat med in 2 days with it. I stoped healing peeps and did pets only.

and...if your a doc you can buff pets fro xp
