Combat Medic Archive

I just recently started crafting poison/disease delivery units...I am 1 skill away from being a Master Combat Medic. But, for some reason my disease/poison packs have a tough time poisoning/diseasing Nunas (I know very sad). So I decided to make the Advanced Components...my only problem is I can only find 3 of the 6 types of material i need...and i have all the materials to make the Advanced Resilience Compound, but for some reason I it won't let me craft those. So my question is...is anyone else having this problem?
