How the HECK do you use this????? my Combat Med Use is 35, and these are 27, I put it in my tool bar, clicked USE>Use on Target, Double Clicked it, everything, but can't get it to work, is it broken?

Have you progressed far enough to get the apply disease skill?

no biggie...had the same problem with using buffs and had to scratch my head a bit to figure it out, they really need to put a system message that says you dont have the applybuff / disease ability.

In my opinion don't make any more disease A's. They are inefficant (very) for the resources that are used.
