I am gonna be a master TKA and put the rest in combat medic. After novice i'll have 46 more points. Will I be able to be effective this way? Which skills should i take with those amount of points?

If you're just going to dabble in CM, I'd go 4-0-0-4. This would give you the ability to use all single target poison C's, and really good ranged stimpacks.

Your poisons would have a 1.75 damage multiplier from Master Ranged Healing Distance, and of course the obvious (1.75 times the distance).

This template would only use 28 points of your 46. Although you would have to buy all your CM stuff (shouldn't be too hard seeing as the market is pretty untapped).

For another 14 points you could also master CM Crafting and make your own stuff, but I'd say put those 14 points somewhere else if you can (18 points actually, from your original 46). CM crafting is a full time job. Especially if you don't have the ability to survey for your own resources (which you wouldn't). If you're not going to master CM, I'd skip the crafting line. It could be expensive, I don't really know. I've never seen ranged stims or poison C's for sale, although they probably exist.

unless you really want the poison i'd go with some doctor skills instead. i imagine a TKA (you actually want to fight in a group situation i suppose) in an active support role to be somewhat awkward. going doc would allow you to buffy your mates, rezz them after a fight, and make some money off stim B sales. if you consider going CM for the poisons (pvp soloing mostly i imagine) and not to be a supporter doc isn't your thing of course.
