Why do they not have all of our resources available in the galaxy all of the time? I don't mind if they move Titanium aluminum from one planet to the next, but at least make the stuff available to us. Anyone have any idea why all of our components are not available for us to survey and gather all of the time?

It keeps the advanced stuff and the regular stuff in a viable ratio...basically, it keeps top end stuff valuable by making it very difficult to find the resources for. Master level stuff is supposed to be hard to get...

my question on that is -

why if we only see partial resources for advanced componets like one out of those three times - then why on that one time do they su(err... ) stink?

I found titanium and eleton reactive gas on same planet but the OQ on both are in the poodoo depositor (real-life term = toilet - can you say toilet here?)
