Are the ranges related to the stim or my abilities?
Range is affected by both your skill and the pack. Area is determined by the pack only
How mucharea will an Area stim cover?
It will state the radiuson the pack.
How far will and ranged stim work?
Depends on the pack and how far up the first branch you are.
Do poisonanddisease stims have the same ranges/areas?
A posion C will have similiar range to a disease C, but it won't be similiar to ranged or area stims.

One last comment: at master, range is about pack range +13 meters.

No, he's saying that masters add approxamently 13 meters from the base range on the pack. It's still disappointing and is one issue that bugs many CMs (Not a whole lot of range improvement from Novice to Master).
Sorry we can't be more specific, our range forumlas are not linear.

eapers - Master can only heal up to 13Meters???? that is disapointing, i was hoping for atleast 20-30m.
