i need to do some work on my AIA's =o
only to 59 right now

maybe if they got a critical success with the two resources both having 990-1000OQ
You are absolutely correct that someone will not be able to craft an AIA at 75. This is simply the theoretical max, assuming the resources were perfect and the crafting run was amazing successes all the way through. So, like it has been stated many times over, 60 is consider the best that can be made. I was just answering the question.
