Any information on what they are for, and worth, would be very appreciated.

I assume that's looted not crafted? With mediocre resources you can get about a 48 pot 89 dur ARC made to use in your level C poisons and diseases. But you have to use factory made ARCs (same serial number) as they require them in pairs. Only the lower level poisons and diseases will use single RCs.

So if this is a looted item and not crafted, I'd have to say it's not worth much, no more than 500c since you won't be able touse it in anadvanced poison or disease.
