I don't, honestly. Due to the long time required to see results, it would have to be a very long battle for me to use disease in PvE.

With my mind Disease/Poison (I used Single B) + my Mind bleed/Head hit I solod a Giant Dune Kimo last night. No scale + 1099 mind wound after the fact means Ill prolly never do it again but I plan on using disease for High HAM mobs and packs of 10k+ ham critters (Like a pack of Bols, toss Area mind disease/poison then walk in and tank/finish em)

I use them to experiment on =) just to see how much damage they actually do before I unleash my fury on those mean impys

in PvE i dont touch my diseases nor in PvP mostly just direct/area poisons, great stuff though.....me and some friends were taking down krayts on tat and i was getting 300% combat xp.......about 2000 pistol xp and once up to 7000 combat xp....cant get no better then that, and when in PvP since it leaves the opposing player +1 any shot or special will take them down.....worked great in theed the other night....lol
