I decided to go 4/4/0/4 as backup to Master Swordsman (I have neither right now 
)
Will I miss out on too many Really good Area Disease/Poisons by only having +75 Use instead of +100 from Master??

hehe thats the same im going for 
but its going to be hard to surender all my scouts skills 
and the artisan skill. i cant harvest more for dead pets, and i cant search for minerals

I gave those scout/artisan skills up long ago. When I started killin like a villian I didn't miss them too much. I do miss makig camps for sec to get a pet, not for riding, and getting meat and stuff f animals. Good loot, and your own resources.

You won't be able to use Area Cs in poison or disease. They usually come out at 87 skill. Even when experimented down to 75 use, Area Cs come up with almost the same stats if you made an Area B with increased effectiveness.
