Does it get stronger the more we toss? I solod a giant dune kimo but it kept saying "You have gotten more diseased (or something along those lines)" and his diseased kept hitting for more and more. Im saying Should I toss my disease/poison then run in and fight (like I have) or sit back toss poison then keep tossin disease till they come to me

I wouldn't use disease at all in PVE. It's only effects are wound damage and battle fatigue which doesn't matter much to a mob. I'd stack poisons, health shots and then wait till he comes to you or just melee from there.

It gets stronger on critters as it ticks because each tick causes wounds and battle fatigue. Therefore the more battle fatigue something has then the more damage/wounds the disease causes.
