I am Master Rifleman ATM.....I am curious, if I did Combat Medic 2004 Would I still be able to apply some good poison for PVE? I am interested in PVE Only....don't care about pvp, just wanna know if I can get some decent poison packs for PVE....

Well, your poisons will still do a bit of damage. I think my poisons ticked for about 200-300 when I was near that level, but then I was using Poison A and B packs mostly, because I made them all myself. Since you will probably need to buy your poisons, you can probably get pretty good ones. I'd say going CM 2/0/0/4 in addition to rifleman wouldn't be a bad move at all.
