Right now I am Master Rifleman/Master Medic/ and working quickly towards Master Combat Medic....So my template will be Master Rifle/ Master Combat Medic/ Master Medic....my question is, how good is this template in pve....I hear people say it's a nice template to have and krayts and NS Elder's can be soloed with this template...any insight on this would be very helpful....also is this template any good for pvp?

it is good for both PvE and PvP
it attacks the mind pool as you well know. as a master CM you will be able to add master level poison / disease stacks to your rifleman mind bleeds / attacks.
fully buffed (including entertainer buffs) with good composite armor, you will have very little trouble with anything in the game once you learn how to use your poisons and diseases.
