Thread: Is ressurect suppose to fail 4 oout of 5 times?
theres a lot of factors that can affect being able to rez people, mainly to do with faction and status. if you're rebel you can't rez or heal an imp. similarly if you're covert you can't heal an overt and an overt can't heal someone who's spec forces. i had the same problem the other day when i'd grouped with people i didn't know and to start with i couldn't rez them. what they had to do when they died was click on me and select "consent" from the radial menu, afer that I could rez them no probs.

thanks alot though, I didnt know about the faction rezzing
TBH I don't know as I've never tried to rez an imp, but some of the guys in the group i was with were neutral and after they consented I could rez them.

TIPS: for rezzing people
1. The cm rezzing must have the same or higher combat status than the corpse.meaning if he is SF and you're not..you won't be able to rez. same goes for him being a combatant and you're on leave..it won't work.
2. You may not rez a person of oppisite faction unless they are on-leave.<if i remember correctly><i never rez opposing factions>.
3.When rezzing stand CLOSE to the corpse and DO NOT MOVE.this will interupt the process.
4.I'm not 100% sure but i also don't think that if you are in combat you are not able to rez.<anyone ?>

Anyone may heal anyone at bottom level, then work up you may only heal people your level or below of the same faction. 4.I'm not 100% sure but i also don't think that if you are in combat you are not able to rez. No, youARE able to rez whil in Combat, Ive rezed enough at the DWB to know that.
