You asked alot of questions here.

1) Rancor Bile is used in crafting for some enhancers for CM. It boost the charges of the pack you'll craft. You need ALOT of Rancor Bile the SAME serial number for them (Rancor Bile) to be used as components when crafting. (dont know wich components it actually replace, might be dispersal mechanism).

2) Bacta Toss enhancers work like stim D's, put them in toolbar and click the item to use, they are effective.

3) Well, that too long to answer here.... look around in forums, I think the Jedi forums as a good guide for food/drink

A little more info on enhancers for you. An enhancer with 1000 effectiveness rating gives a 15% bonus to healing/damage.
