I know you have seen this a lot, but here goes: My holocron says to master Combat Medic.

This is really cool, and I have always trained medical skills as I get them, but not in organic crafting... only the actual medical xp. So I started off, and have been crafting Health Wound Pack - A's that take few resources (8 organic, 8 inorganic), and seem to give around 35xp per pack. Is there a better item to craft? I am TOTALLY contempt with buying Medical Supplies and material from other people, right now, and crafting is just a bore for me. I ground my way through slice and spice already and it is NOT fun (or cheap!).

So basically, what do I craft to get the best xp for the least cost? Am I already doing that? Thanks all!

i would also like to know what the best way to grind up Organic Chem is.

Being a former MCM, I found the easiest way to grind the crafting xp is to make 5 crafting devices and craft ABEC's (Advanced Bio Effects Controllers) It seems to give the best xp for the cost of resources. I think it was Tat or Yavinian Fiberplast (cant remember which one) and lokian wheat. you will need approximately 20k of each. Make sure you craft these items in practice mode, you get a small xp bonus.

Get yourself a large supply of:

Tatooine Fiber (Yavin Fiber is for a CM component)

Lok Wild Wheat

Pratice on Advanced Biological Effect Controler. One of the fastest, cheapest, most plentiful ways to grind. Granted there are faster ways if given lots of materials and prep time

I'm going to start crafting on the Combat Medic trees this evening and I'm wondering which resources will gross the most XP while likewise using easy to medium-to-get resources.

lokian wild wheat and tatooine fiberplast are prolly your best bet. Grind advanced BECs.

Thanks for the tip on what to craft.

The Adv BEC's are around 84 xp per craft in practice mode.

I used 6 tools with an optimized (for my lag) 4 second hopper input pause and 1 second between station launches macro.

I hand crafted all 4 trees in just under 2 hours which seemed like a walk in the park after hand grinding all the Artisan elites back to back over a one month span.

I should Master Combat Medic tonight or tomorrow night. This is a really nice profession. There's nothing quite like slinging the heals and state effects all the way across the room
