Thread: Area cures would not nerf cm one bit

Read the doctor issues post. The area poison and disease cures that were proposed were "point-blank" cures. Another words, people would have to crowd around one doctor within 10 meters to get cured. This would make cm's who are also masters of elite marksman professions even more powerful. Rifleman/CM's could strafe shot 2 entire groups of people who were conveniently crowding around the guild doctor. Pistoleer/CM's would enjoy many freefan shots from their new krayt stun Geonosian Sonic Blasters. After the next patch, Carbineer/CM's could use full auto area 2 and charge shot 2 for an area knockdown/dizzy combo.
Cm's would make a group much more effective by forcing enemies to bunch up to get cured. A Swordsman like me can quickly hit burst run, center of being, and two hand area attack 3 in the middle of an enemy group bunched up for an area dizzy/posture change. Other classes with area attacks would benefit as well by having a cm in the group. Here is a question for those who are poisoned: Do you run back to your doctor and make yourself vulnerable to powerful area attacks or do you wait for the poison to slowly eat your insides, and then kill you?

Nope, sorry. People have to buy their own 80% composite armor suitsand 30% personal shield generators.
