You can stack both a Single Target and AE poison of the same type (i.e. Health/Action/Mind) at the same time

Yes, and all area versions of that, as well as the B level and A levels, and then hey, why not throw a disease in, but it will never tic if you are in a halfway decent group...get those AE Heals off instead and rake in the Combat XP...

Ie can I stack more then 1 tyoe of mind poison etc.

So to make it short, you can stack:

Health/Mind/Poison A + B + C

and

Health/Mind/Poison Areas A + B + C

Plus diseases.. Which I believe stack the same way. Incidentally all of the secondaries stack as well. When I was helping entertainers get healing exp I did Mind disease, mind area disease, focus disease, and willpower disease. Man their exp FLEW!
