Thread: How do I /apply disease

So I have a disease that I have enough Combat Med experience to use but its saying I dont have the ability to apply disease. WHen do I get this ability? I do not see it anywhere in the tree.

Yes i believe it is 2/0/0/0 which has "apply disease"
