What stats, resources or componets give a better befor experimenting effectivness?
Better meaning a higher effectivnes.

can anyone break it down to me please, i'd like to know what needs OQ, what needs PE and etc. in OQ and poisons and diseases. or is there a site that tells me, like the example given above. ty
