CM's cant buff. only docs can buff

CM's can heal at range, and heal multiple targets at range. we can also cause disease and poison on one or multiple targets from range.

another kewl little thing we can do is heal a persons mind pool, but at the cost of mind wounds and bf to ourselves.

Docs:

  • Buff

  • Revive

  • Cure States

  • Cure Disease and Poison

  • Use biggest woundpacks

Combat Medics:

  • Ranged and area stimpacks

  • Apply poison and disease

  • Heal mind

Both (via medic):

  • Use Small Stim E

  • Use smaller woundpacks

  • Heal bleeds

  • Drag corpse

  • Medical forage

Nope. CMs can only heal damage (or wounds with thier medic skills). They can cure no states using any CM abilities.

i am currently maxed on my range for marksman and a medic so all i have to do is pick up novice cm, but i am not sure what tree to go up if i want those abilities.

thank you again...

to be able to heal mind yopu would need to get CM 0/4/0/0

but to be really effective as a CM and be able to chuck better poisons and diseases you would need 0/4//0/4

the thing about this is that you wont be able to make your own poisons.

Minor correction - 0404 will get you poisons (apply poison is at novice CM). Diseases come at 2xxx.

So to apply poisons all you need is novice cm and to apply diseases you need 2000. is that correct then

Correct, but just like doctor, combat medic use skill is in another tree. So unless you go up to xxx4 as well, you won't be able to use the high-powered poisons and diseases.

4004 is generally considered the best dabbler template. You get nearly full power diseases and poisons, but no mind heal.

You cant heal your own mind with mindheal, just other peoples mindpools. So if your going to solo alot its not usefull at all.
