Which line(s) or tree(s) in CM gives you the most/best poisoning abilities? I can't seem to figure it out! ?-?-?-?

You can apply poison with Novice. 0004 allows you to use the good poisons (CM 75) though not the best. 4xxx makes the poisons you can use hit harder. The best, of course, is MCM

So....basically if you only want CM for poisons you should go with this template - 4xx4?

If you are set on dabbling, (I did for a while), then you'll really want 4004.

And you'll really want a Nyax Necklace (+5 CM effectiveness, doesn't help MCMs since they're capped on effectiveness)

You can do diseases, too, with that template.

That is a whole lot of points, though!

CM effectiveness doesn't help anybody at all. It is a broken mod.

we only have +100 and the cap is 125
