The 200 uses is nice, and I'll uses any of them with +10 or better on power too. I use down to 7 or 8 power ones for somegrinding poisons tho.

any bile above 120 is nice, because it is not just used in CM stuff, docs can use it in their anti-poison stuff.

True, but if you use bile in the area cures you end up with a MUCH smaller radius than if you use advanced dispersal mechs. IMO, the extra charges aren't worth the smaller area.

it can be used for dispersal mechanisms. good bile would be something in the 200s in charges. anything less would be uncivilized.

depends on what type of PvP you getting into. In a base from experience it's the best to have, I have 3 diferent types I carry on me.

bile is used in poison/disease buffs, not in cures if i remember correctly

You remember incorrectly. The resist buffs don't call for dispersal mechanisms, the area cures do.
